Maestro Pastelero ....



En fecha reciente me gradué de Maestro Pastelero. Mi postre final fue una deconstrucción de la bebida, inmortalizada por Ernest Hemingway, Mojito Cubano. Sus ingredientes azúcar, yerbabuena, limón y ron, presentadas en diferentes texturas, quedaron convertidos en un delicioso postre. Poco a poco retomaré de nuevo mi blog y compartiré con ustedes esta dulce experiencia del camino a la pastelería.
